Great News I hit 25lbs!!!!!
Posted on March 27th, 2009 1 commentToday I hit the 25lb mark, and I couldn’t be more excited about this goal. When I started, I was 240lbs know I’m 215 and I feel great. I also have been altering my running. I have been increasing my increments every 6 minutes to keep my heart rate rising. I find that it has improved my stamina and give me a real high. I than run once a week at a steady rate for a long period of time. My pace has quickened and my miles are building. It’s funny four months ago I would be writing about the best sports bars and beer. How things have changed hahaha

Congrats! It feels like an accomplishment, doesn’t it? I am going to be restarting my running routine next week, so hopefully results will follow :). Keep it up, you can do it!
